ãWe stayed here on a budget trip to NOLA. We had low expectations, but overall, this motel was decent. There was a bad smoke smell in my room that was not taken care of. The guy at the front desk tried to tell us we couldn't eat in our room. Other than that, the stay was what we needed. If you want a decent breakfast, bring cookware and more food because breakfast is only waffles and bread. ã
ãI stayed to attend a conference at the convention center. I arrived early due to a flight, but Jamie at the front desk greeted me with a pretty smile and arranged for an early check-in. The breakfast every morning was perfect in taste and quality, and the kickback in the evening was nothing short of a surprise. It's amazing, every night can drink Abita Amber!
We had a very comfortable stay, with a problem with the air conditioner that happened to be fixed immediately, and the room being cleaned...

ãThis place is always a fun place to go to. Everyone is so friendly- that's not a lie. If you stay here for a couple of days you start to feel like you're part of a family, which is kind of weird when you're in a hotel. But that's also good right? Thank you for coming to my TED Talk LOLã
ãThe best part about my stay was the hospitality. When I book the room, I didnât realize it was a motel, and the bathroom was really small. I brought up those concerns with the guy working the front desk and he was really gracious and was going to allow me to check out early and get a refund for my unused days. I ended up staying because if Iâm in a whole different city, Iâm not going to be cooped up in my hotel. Has customer service was outstanding.ã
ãThe room, lobby and the parking lot was clean. The staff here is Amazing; I wish I could remember everyone names. From the receptionist we met on the 1st night, to Mrs. Tammy, the cleaning crew, and the super mom receptionist that gave me a hug as I was leaving. I love them all and thank you for making my daughter & I feel welcome. I'll be back!ã
"The location is very convenient. The front desk was very helpful and even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, they let me leave my luggage. The room was clean and lovely. I would stay there again if I had the chance."
