"Parking was the easing thing, just front to the and including in the booking. Clean room, amazing staff - they allowed me to stay little longer while checking out, I mistakenly under booked my stay, they understood and let me stay a couple more hours while I figured out what to do; so 5 stars for the staff…i will def stay at Alder the next time I visit New Orleans"

"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

"Everything was nice and beautiful besides my shower area they had long reddish or blk hair left like they forgot to clean that area "

"Location convenient by cab or uber to everything. Room was clean and staff very friendly. A low key type of vibe— not big chain , no extra fees etc. . No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again"

"Wouldn’t come here again. Bathroom and toilet sucked and you don’t even get hand soap for the sink…. Also the bathroom fan barely works."

"I chose this place so we could do laundry on our road trip. The laundry was easily accessible and easy to operate. The room was clean, bright, had all the amenities we needed and we were in a safe and sound. We stayed for 4 nights and we would stay there again and again in our future visits "

"Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar."

"A pleasant little Oasis in NOLA. The property and the staff were warm, inviting. The rooms were thoughtfully curated and the pool area was very calming. I stayed in three locations while in NOLA and this location by far was the most pleasant and rewarding."

"Excellent breakfast bar. Restaurant adjoining is excellent mexican (guac portion is huge!). Staff very accomodating. On streetcar line. Very happy overall."

"Room wasn’t the cleanest. We asked for a relatively quiet area of the hotel and we were put on the second floor directly above a very busy road. The bartender was very rude. "
