「I love the enclosed balcony very private but still able to enjoy the weather」

「Room was clean but had noticed a reddish stain on one of the towels, noticed the black mold around one of the light switches and on the lamp shades, didn’t like how the shower didn’t get hot or even warm until my last day and I didn’t like how the front door was locked at a certain time and had to knock a few times to be let in but other than that staff was friendly, property was beautiful and they have a good playlist」

「The room was not cleaned daily. I asked them to lend me a hair dryer since they didn't have one in the room. I was told that if they had one, they would leave it in the room, but in the end I never got to borrow it. The bar across the street played loud music and fooled around until morning every day.」

「Very comfortable bed and very quiet.」

「The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future.」

「Excellent location, staff and units. Very spacious, clean and nicely decored.」

「I couldn’t gave chosen a more beautiful welcoming」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again! If you want a cheap hotel look somewhere else because when you pay cheap you get cheap!! Location: Much quieter area away from the hustle and bustle but still very much walking distance to French quarter or to take RTA/ street car. Nearest coffee shop that is extremely good is called Allgood. If you don’t want to pay for an uber from the airport you can catch the bus from the...

「This was a unique property, very clean and secure. Good location and helpful staff.」

「The door to the room we were given was broken so we had to wait until we were moved to an alternative room.」

「Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms with nice views and comfortable beds.」

「Great location. Coffee and hot tea available 24hrs. Big public kitchen. Plenty bathrooms. Comfortable bedding. Will recommend to anyone.」
