The room was not cleaned daily. I asked them to lend me a hair dryer since they didn't have one in the room. I was told that if they had one, they would leave it in the room, but in the end I never got to borrow it. The bar across the street played loud music and fooled around until morning every day.

Place was great for what we needed since we got in late and left early. I would definitely stay again once they are done with renovations. I basically picked it because it was cheap and had free parking. The one member of staff I interacted with was great. I booked the rooms under my name but I had left my ID at home 5hours away. She helped me to get the room name changed to my husband’s since we had booked through a 3rd party site.

Avoid this hotel. Pictures are nothing like what the property or rooms look like. Pool are is closed. Rooms are filthy and the grounds need repair. It is a health and safety accident waiting to happen.

Es un hotel viejo que está restaurado pero a medias. Se nota la falta de limpieza en espacios comunes. Las habitaciones grandes y cama cómoda. Pero no tiene enchufes en la mesa de luz. Tiene poca iluminación. El calefactor es muy ruidoso. La cochera está llena de basura y escombros. La pileta no operativa. Pedí una frazada demás y me dijeron que no tenían. EL WI FI NO LLEGA A LAS HABITACIONES.

Rooms are old and dirty. The first room they put us in had lights that didn’t work and the toilet was running. Old elevator that barely held 4 people - looked like a service elevator. No phones in the room, thin cheap ragged towels. Pool & hot tub decimated for construction. Overall, it’s a creepy place.

They was doing construction work, this is not a good time to stay at this property because the noise can’t sleep it’s the frame of time that I took but I got to the place at 3am dove from 6 hr then they started taking the pool out for remodeling

The guy at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful.The place itself is what is a one star for me. We stayed here for four days and not once was housekeeping by our room, we were aware of housekeeping having the day off for mardi gras which we thought was really kind but the other days no one came by to replace towels or even give us toilet paper. We had to go and ask each time we needed something bothering the front desk. I also want to add for whoever is reading and does decide to stay there is no fridge or microwave in the room but they do have a microwave where all the vending machines are that you have access to at all times but you will have to leave your room to get to there. The front desk has blow dryers and irons if you are in need of one you just have to ask because the rooms do not include them. The walls are extremely thin as well so you’ll be able to hear everything going on outside your room. It was really easy for us to get to places as well from this location. I personally wouldn’t stay again. This was a last minute booking for us but we definitely should have done more research. The first room we were given looked nothing like the pictures shown. The heater wasn’t working so we were given a second room which was a lot better than the first one and looked more like what is advertised on pictures.

Originally booked a two bedroom they only gave me one bed housekeeping was terrible front desk. Workers were terrible. They were no help with how to get around or even just to answer simple questions. Even with questions related to the room.
