The staff is one of the most unhelpful I have experienced in my travels. They were rude, seemed annoyed to be asked anything whether it was the front desk or via phone. I would not stay here again and was very disappointed as this was our first time in Nola They really need to hire some new employees as it cld be an amazing hotel

Nice historic property in an area that is located in the Central Business District and about 4 blocks from the French Quarter. Staff is fantastic but the rooms can use an update (which I was told is coming soon).
