「Great」

「Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. 」

「We arrived very late and the desk help was very helpful to get us to our room quickly. It was a nice sleep and the breakfast attendant was very helpful in the morning.」

「Room had a peculiar smell to it, the iron had thick buildup soleplate stain, and the iron board cover were very filthy. This is my 4th time staying here seems like it's gotten worse from previous stays. But I will come back due to the convenience of the area location.. Hopeful it get better again from this review..」

「Staff are wonderful.. professional warm friendly and attentive. Breakfast quite good. Really enjoyed the farm fresh pasture raised yogurt. Room is spacious. The couch is a saving grace for our dog. Beautiful property. Kitchen is nicely stocked but no stove top. I got an induction burner from the front desk but it comes with only a very small frying pan. No pots to cook my vegetables. 「You have to pay to use the utensils, you have to take your own trash out, elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022, staff isn’t available after 10. 」

「The property staff was no help. Manager was never there to speak with about issues we had. TVs didn't work. Remote had no batteries. Overall terrible experience and no one cared to fix simple issues.」

「The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. 」

「I found this hotel a very pleasant surprise, when arrived I was greeted by a lovely women who was helpful and very pleasant, good start! The rooms were clean, functional and beds were comfortable. Will come back again, good value for the price」

「I stayed two nights. The rood was felt little bit dated. And my problem was water pressure weakness. After staying the first night, I claimed it to a front desk. He replied me " Thank you very much finding it". After enjoying that day in day time I found this problem was gone. It was impressed so much how they were serious in order to repair my room problem. I could feel its manner so great and proffesional.」
