"Great location. Easy walking access to good restaurants and an upscale mall. Easy access to the (MARTA) subway too. It’s directly across the street. Beautiful lobby. Parking is a little pricey ($55 night for valet and $45 self park). The room was very affordable so the parking didn’t sting too much. "

"Apparently, due to repairs, there is no restaurant service at the premises. "

"The staff members that helped us were very friendly and gracious, however there were some problems with the facilities. One problem was the phone was disconnected in our room. Also, the ice machine was out of order on the 24th floor. An early morning excursion for coffee led to a ride on an elevator that went rogue, leading to a sudden stop on the 10th floor and then having it travel back up to the top floor unexpectedly."

"I was highly disappointed with the shuttle service. The crammed an additional 15-20 in the shuttle without seats. Highly dangerous and very unprofessional! Took an Uber instead. There was also a dog that barked non stop and they did nothing about it even after I mentioned it."

"Great airport shuttle. Not a lot around the property. If you want to go out for dinner, you’ll need a car or Uber."

"The room was filthy upon arrival and clearly had not been properly cleaned. In addition to the poor condition of the room, the staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating when we brought these issues to their attention. They showed little concern and made no effort to resolve the situation. And they make you park in the regular parking lot and it’s not other place to park. Room smelled like pool water The hotel also advertises a pool, and it was around 75 degrees outside, yet the pool was closed with no prior notice. This was one of the amenities we specifically looked forward to and part of the reason we chose this property. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and unavailable amenities made for a very disappointing stay. I would appreciate management reviewing this situation and addressing it appropriately."
