「Food was great」

「The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice」

「The walls are very, you can hear entire conversations happening in the room next door.」

「Great place, nice rooms, clean and many amenities on the property.」

「It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. 「Très bien」

「Staff is very friendly」

「It was totally amazing. I got a room decorated from PrettySpacesDesigns in RVA for a birthday, and they did amazing. The hotel was a smooth experience. From check-in, to the decorators, to the breakfast, to check out, it was excellent. The rooms were also big and spacious. And the rooms were clean as well. I had great interactions with everyone!」

「Staff was very welcoming, friendly and ensured we had the correct accommodations.」

「I was pleasantly surprised by this motel and location. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. You could walk to Kings Dominion from the here so you can't beat the location. There's really no restaurants around, but there is an EXCELLENT Mexican restaurant in the motel parking lot that I ate at both nights that I stayed here. The location is quiet and it felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book here.」

「The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Staff did offer to move the room but that room smelled more like smoke. Rooms need air fresheners and drapes, carpets and bed linen need cleaning items that get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was amazing!」

「This was a very disappointing visit. When we arrived that evening and started unpacking, we were placing items in the room refrigerator only to find a terrible foul stench when we opened the refrigerator door. When asked to get the refrigerator exchanged we were only given the option to change rooms (which we did as the room reaked of the smell). Had to have them fix the TV, had to get 3 sets of cards, and there was water being released from a pipe running into the parking lot amongst other...
