I do not recommend booking here.
The first room they put us in was filthy and full of mold. Dirty blankets, smelly pillows, and a disgusting yellow-stained duvet. The next day they moved us to another room, which looked fine at first. But when I returned that evening, I found mold throughout the room, a dirty toilet, someone else’s fake eyelashes in the bed, floors so dirty my socks turned black, dishes still covered in stickers, and a washer that smelled so bad it made me feel sick.
We reported this to the property manager and got no response. We then contacted Expedia and asked for a refund for our last two days because the conditions were unsafe. Expedia contacted the property, but they ignored Expedia as well. Expedia then told me there was nothing they could do.
This place is unsanitary and unsafe, and Expedia offered zero protection as a customer. Avoid this property and avoid Expedia if you value your health and money.
