「We had a very nice stay at this property. It was very clean, very convenient location to Santander area, Pagonda, Train station , and much more. Amazing Diner right down the road. Many other restaurants also. Great communication with the host. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again for sure!」

「This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's...

We also had a beautiful breakfast with them one morning and while we didn't participate in the animal feeding, we enjoyed everything about the property, including learning many things about planting, composting and the overall beauty. However, this place was so relaxing that we just walked, sat outside next to the river, and spent time in the living room catching up on movies. Fantastic rental!」

「Great escape from the city in rural Pennsylvania. The host was communicative and kind and checked-in frequently. The only complaint was the hot tub never got hot, even after warming up for several hours, but we were still able to enjoy it since the temperatures were so cold during our stay. Would definitely recommend when you need to disconnect from the day-to-day.」

Unfortunately, the building is in a state of disrepair, there appeared to be an active leak in the ceiling and I could only bring myself to stay one night, despite having booked a week-long stay. 「We needed a place to fit our family of 6 for a wrestling tournament in downtown Reading. We were about 18 minutes away on an easy drive. The place was perfect for our family and had everything. With half days of wrestling this gave us a great place to unwind and spread out at costs similar to the hotels closer to town. The village was very cool to walk around and extremely safe. If we find ourselves needing a place to stay in this area, we will be back!」
