"Room was ok, clean with micro wave, small refrigerator. Room opens up into a community kitchen, sofa, chairs in the sitting room. Staff was nice, checkin was easy."

"Clean and private cabin within earshot of waterfall and a million coqui frogs. Friendly and helpful staff provided all we needed for a relaxing stay. The only negative we experienced was the poor WiFi, which we needed for trip planning and checkout."

The room was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, and all the small touches showed how much care the staff puts into maintaining the place. The tiny garden outside was especially lovely. "This place is confortable and super well situated for visiting Volcanoes National Park, which was our goal. Hot tub is a great bonus. The place was nice and clean, but does not have much cookware. If you're OK eith this, it is a great rental."

"Great location. We got there at dusk - tropical pathway lights didn't work - most were smashed. Hot tub was not "locked up" as supposed to be - and cloudy. Did not want to chance a UTI so - no tubbing which was the whole reason we picked this little gem. Sink clogged up, wallpaper paper falling off, possible black mold on skylight above bed. No batteries in remote. We left a day early. I hope they fix it up."
