「Me habían dado una habitación sucia y muy descuidada que no funcionaba el baño, la persona se equivocó porque eran habitaciones que iban a remodelar. Me hicieron el cambio sin problema alguno y se disculparon」
「Absolutely incredible. Paid for the view of wrigley field and did not regret it. As a life long cubs fan, this gave a new perspective to Wrigley and a tremendous fan experience. 」
「It’s an easy self-check-in process, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe adding a refrigerator to the rooms (and perhaps a microwave) would definitely enhance the guest experience. The coffee corner is nice, but having a refrigerator and offering fresh milk there would make it even better. Overall, I would certainly consider booking this hotel again in the future.」
「Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. I enjoyed my stay., it was cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay at Dorothys again if I am back in the area.. I would also recommend it to friends meeting to stay near Wrigley or downtown.」
