Service of all staff was Excellent. However, a few items from previous guest were found in our room, so housekeeping needs to be more attentive. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the amenities were exceptional. We were in need of paper plates and plastic ware and they provided REAL silverware. Will definitely stay again if Im in the area.

My favorite choice in Evanston. Right in center of Evanston, close to campus, across from Whole foods and many restaurants. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, but one of the night shift staff seemed reluctant to work

Lauren treated us impeccably well. We had some issues with our suite upon arrival and she was quick to offer a solution. When things got worse, she swiftly made changes and offered more solutions. She went above and beyond and made our week-long stay (with a baby and dog in tow) pleasant, memorable and enjoyable! Breakfast is lovely, the omelette station is particularly nice- above average breakfast for sure with a nice variety of cereals and breads too. Almond milk available for those with dietary concerns like me. The staff were all wonderful and the service was really top tier!

Staff was great, and the place was fairly clean. Really great location with so many restaurants and shops that were walkable. The building isn't very old, which is why I was surprised at how much sound bled between rooms. I could easily hear entire conversations and snoring from the rooms on either side of me, and the elevator chime was so loud that I could hear it from inside my room (despite not being close to it). Bring ear plugs.

The hotel is in a convenient location and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. The staff were nice and knowledgeable of where to eat and visit. The gym was clean. Other than having to pay for parking, I was happy with our stay and would return again.

The front desk staff was ok, not great but not awful. The hotel had a smell due to food being brought in, not sure if it was the hotel food or someone bringing it to the hotel. The hotel was in a great location. It is expensive to park the car, on our own.

Joey amongst the other staff members were friendly and super helpful. I was there for a week for work, and my family traveled with me. The amenities were nice. Only gripes would be I wish they had a pool. The hotel itself was hard to find when driving up to it.
