「Friendly staff」

「Staff was courteous and the room was clean, parking easy.」

「Housekeeping and staff are excellent. Breakfast included yogurt, bread, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, and coffee to enjoy the meal. There is a washer and dryer. We had a comfortable stay.」

「Not enough parking, no hot water and looks like it was renovated by a 3yr old not with the $200 per night not even close 」

「Clean room. Pull out couch is pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. Our AC unit was also annoyingly load - we eventually unplugged it altogether. 」

「The free breakfast was disappointing, as there was only cereal with coffee and reheated boiled eggs, as the staff admitted to other guests in front of us that they don't have a kitchen as they'd need a license for that, and that costs money, so the breakfast was shown as the cheapest options possible. With the exception of the free breakfast overall it was good for the money spent. 」

「Had a great stay at the Prairie Moon Inn. Will be back for sure. The staff were incredible, from the front desk, to the cleaners to the amazing lady in the breakfast room. Everything was comfortable and inviting. Well kept and just an overall great experience.」

「The breakfast was really good and the rooms were very nice and clean. It is also in a great location for where we needed to be for our trip and was nice and quiet. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because we chose this hotel as it had a hot tub and steam room. Even when we arrive they told us where the “hot tub and pool” were. But 2 items of these items were not working and the pool was very cold. Other than this we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. And would still recommend it to others.」

「The room lack amenities and decor no place comfortable to sit except the bed 2 wooden chairs . I would not rebook there again」
