「Thank you for a wonderful experience staying at One Gem Hotel. The service has been excellent from the moment the driver collected us from the airport and even delivered us to our room. It was a lovely surprise when you upgraded our room for our anniversary - the special gestures from the written letter was so warming. The bed was extremely comfortable that my newly fiance did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning to One Gem Hotel when we visit Haikou next time.」

「I was stayed this hotel for 3 nights, staff , helpful and friendly. Comfy bed and breakfast was super good lots of variety.」

「日本語は、全く通じない。ただし、フロントの従業員は、一部の従業員は英語を話せるし、中国人にしては珍しく愛想がイイ。NHK国際放送が見れる。路線バスのバス停に近く、市内の老街までバス利用で行ける。レストランの従業員は、英語もあまり話せないし、日本語は全くダメ。少しくらい、中国語が話せないと要件を伝えることが難しい。英語の表示も分かりにくい。」
