"It was great. I have a recommendation that could be a life saver. Remove the shrub at confluence of the driveway and the hwy on the south side. It's extremely hard to see northbound traffic. I wish you could secure the property adjacent to the south. The public traffic on the beach is crazy on the weekend. "

The location is beyond compare and the proximity to the village of Dominical (within walking distance) offered a good variety of restaurants and shops.The attention to detail by our hosts Robert and Whitney was exceptional-whether you need water toys, binoculars or a cork screw you didn't need to ask-everything is provided. "We had the most incredible experience at Gorda Vista Jungle! We absolutely had a flawless trip, thanks to Doug and Janet! The home was absolutely stunning- it was even better than the photos show. It was clean, fully stocked with everything you could ever need- including beach towels, pool toys, beach toys and even a cooler to take to the beach! It truly had everything we needed and the full kitchen was such a gift- we could grill out, make meals and have everything we needed!The pool was spectacular- many hours were spent lounging in the chairs, swimming laps and just being in nature! The views were endless and we absolutely loved waking up to the jungle sounds every morning! Doug and Janet made everything so easy- they welcomed us to their home and graciously showed us all we'd need to know to fully enjoy it all. They had great tips and recommendations and we truly are so grateful. The concierge, Juli, was also fantastic! She gave us great ideas, recommendations and we really appreciated her assistance in booking and arranging everything- the Jungle ATV tour was amazing and we highly recommend it! And the dinner at La Parcela was delicious with incredible views!Thank you for an exceptional vacation! Pura Vida!"

"Our family enjoyed a great week at Cabilltos Del Mar Sur Villa in Dominical! The home was exactly as advertised online. We arrived late Sunday night to a very clean home ready for us. We were very thankful for the AC wall units in each bedroom bc the house was very humid on arrival but in a matter of minutes each room cooled down and stayed that way throughout the week. They were a great escape after long days out in the sun! We also loved having a private pool at the villa and seeing our Iguana friend each day was a treat! We booked all of our excursions through You Get Here group that manages the homes and each trip exceeded our expectations! All of the YGH staff were wonderful to work with - Very responsive!The town of Dominical is a quiet town just about a mile walk down the beach. Great restaurant options in walking distance! We also traveled to Quepos and Uvita to explore the area - Each way 30 min travel! And speaking of beach, to have private access to this beautiful beach was amazing, not only to watch the sunrises and sunsets, but also to play in the warm ocean water! Our girls LOVED this!Travel to Villa: We rented a car from San Jose to drive to Dominical - it’s about a 3.5 hour drive along a windy two lane road, so prepare for a long travel day if you drive.
