Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor.

I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.

I travelled to Japan for the first time and this hotel was very lovely. Very friendly staff ready to help and it was very convenient to go to the 7/11 downstairs. The only con would be that there is limited transportion by bus to Narita but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is a little far from Tokyo main attraction but, it was still easy access to station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcomed and the hotel was excellent!

Hotel is great. People were very friendly and the hotel is in good shape. The town is nice, but there is not much to do in walking distance. It is easy to drive to a car from here.

This is a great stay for the price. Clean room, comfortable bed, functional room. The breakfast was a let down and we didn't end up eating breakfast there once in our week long stay as there weren't any vegetarian options. The location is very convenient - a short walk from the Sagamihara train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend it!
