It's about 10 mins walk to Guro station (outside climate card circle) and about 15 mins to Sindorim station (within the climate card circle) so if you're visiting from overseas just bare that in mind! As an experienced traveler, I can confidently say this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a restful stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything I needed.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to the front desk staff who went above and beyond when I couldn’t get a cab for over 40 minutes and had to return to the hotel. She kindly used her own taxi app to call one for me, which made all the difference.

"The staffs working there were so friendly, respectful and hospitable in creating a welcoming environment for customers. I had trouble turning on the AC and the staff went in person and helped me with that. He also helped me find a converter to use for charging. There were also many local bistros and restaurants located near the hotel so it’s very convenient to stroll around and explore. "

They both really went above and beyond and made the end of our trip so positive. The rooms are big and airy, the bathroom is also such a good size with a decent hairdryer, the TV is massive and has netflix app, we loved every bit of the room! There's a cute coffee place across the road called Coffeenie, we frequented it almost everyday we stayed here. Their coffees are delicious, its a super cute spot.
