"We stayed for 5 days. Staff went above and beyond when my husband lost his phone. They helped us translate everything in English, helped us get a taxi, helped us locate the police station, laundromat. They also have free water and soda everday. The hotel is close to everything even the subway station which made it easier for us to go to our destinations. "
