「Its very homely and safe」

「Whole building were under renovation. I did not find any information about it through the web. Even when I made a reservation, no information came to me. The temporary lobby was just next to the car parking and the way to the room was horrible, full of dust. The sounds were big and it was filled with even lot of uncomfortable smell. I have never felt uncomfortable like this before. I trusted the name of Hyatt, so I paid more than 3 times charges comparing to the local cozy hotel where I...

「The hotel was an excellent experience for me and my children, They loved the rooms , pool and the various meal options were great !!! . Thank you Shravan Kumar for your excellent service」

「There are no shopping facilities around.」

「Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful!」

「I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Thank you to everyone at The Astor, hopefully return soon.」

「Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended.」

「Had a good stay」

「Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property」
