I stayed for a night with my daughter, there was no lift, but the staff carried my case up for me, we had a snack and drink, which I was shocked at £12 for a single gin, we used the jacuzzi which was lovely but very crowded with a group of 6 ladies, a hen party I think. We had dinner which was delicious and very good service. I did not sleep well due to the noise of the people above me coming in banging around, the room next to me I could here them talking in the afternoon, walls so thin, the grounds are beautiful and we got to see the peacock, I would not stay again though.

"Room was superb some areas outside and corridors could be improved however there was evidence of investment with some super flooring. Biggest frustration was that no one was on reception on leaving and no response to my email asking for a receipt"
