「L'appartement est très grand (rez-de-chaussée d'une maison) et aménagé avec bcp de goût. Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. Chien, chat, tortues nous ont réservés un acceuil amical. Le jardin est très grand, idéal lorsqu'on a des enfants. La piscine est un avantage non négligeable au vu des températures très élevées. 「Een leuk authentiek gebouwtje waar vroeger de limoenen werden opgeslagen omgebouwd tot een kleine cottage en volledig ingericht met authentieke spullen uit de 17e eeuw . Het is een hele rustige omgeving met een mooi uitzicht .Voor de rust en omgeving zeker een aanrader en de tuin is goed omheind voor de honden .」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. Making a fire was the only option, the wood was an extra charge every evening that that was unexpected. Kitchen essentials would have been appreciated. Overall score is...

「Lovely house outside of Spoleto. Better place for summer because the pool was closed during our visit and the outdoor space not usable because of cool weather. There were also no instructions for renters. 」
