「The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. 「We love their breakfasts, but this stay was not a good breakfast experience. We got there over a half an hour before the time for breakfast ended. But there was only one sausage left a couple of egg omelettes, no cinnamon roll rolls in the empty container, and when I tried to make a pancake, it just said pancake bag needs to be replaced, and there was also no orange juice.
