Did its job

My flight to DSM arrived very late and I needed a quick overnight stay before my drive the rest of the way to my destination. I was in the room for a total of about 6 hours. Check-in was prompt, the room was clean enough. I used the toilet twice, didn't use the shower and was out of the room at 7:00 the next morning. It did a fine job of keeping a roof over my for the short stay.

Made a reservation weeks prior to arrival. I got switched around 3 different rooms at check in. At midnight someone keyed into my room unexpectedly. But when I got settled in the room was clean and cozy. Front desk staff just seemed a little unorganized.

Across the street from the airport. Grocery store and wonderful Mexican restaurant down the street. Great location. Pool under construction. Didn't see an elevator. Breakfast was great. Hot eggs with cheese, sausage, sausage gravel, biscuits, fruit, yogurt and waffles.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The shuttle service was great and the driver was very friendly. I’m very happy with the service.

Good experience

Everything was very good. We had a good, clean room and got a few hours sleep before an early flight. We felt it was a good value all around. The hotel uses the Keck Parking shuttle which was flawless.
