「Loved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh.」

「This is an apartment that is centrally located. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. The location is the best part of this rental. As soon as you walk outside the door the castle is right there. it's 5 minute walk to the royal mile and all shops and restaurants around it.」
「Great apartment! Even nicer in person than I could have imagined from the photos, which already gave a good impression. Was pleasantly surprised to see my unit had two full bathrooms! For a one bedroom, that was awesome. Wish I could've stayed longer than a day, because it makes a nice retreat.
The base of the kitchen sink was the main thing noticeably dirty, which was unfortunate to see. But didn't take away from the whole experience. 15/1 and 15/2 have a deep stairway to get to the apt,...
「The apartment is fantastic as is the location. We thought it would be noisy especially during Fringe, but it was soundproof. Great kitchenette and total privacy. We would highly recommend. Note: towel service and room cleaning is not done-- so a week stay with only 1 set of towels is difficult. Totally electronic check in.」
