The music at the bar was loud till later evening hours. The beach front of the hotel is a joke. There were some undefined areas told not to sit down on. No staff available in evening. After putting up hotel issues 2 nites we demanded refund for 2rd night and got the hell out of there. Hotel is located in a sketchy and dangerously looking area like a ghetto."

I was not provided with wifi upon entry nor were the instructions placed in the room - had to use data throughout. And lastly, I did not get any housecleaning services. I was told that they offer that service every other day, but my room remained the same way I left it every morning on my way out; I only got towel changed once and I had to request it. "
