The room was clean. All the rooms are within Ocean view. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach is beautiful and water is crystal. Clear not crowded. Can always find a great spot on the beach would definitely consider returning into this hotel

It was exactly what I was looking for! I was traveling solo and I got a nice room, , great location next to Plantation Cove and it had a pool and was right on the water. Super nice staff!

Very friendly staff. Beach locked because of sargasso although neighbouring beaches were clean, so not sure why the hotel wasn't able to clean its beach. Proximity to main road is convenient but also the source of constant traffic noise.

The room was clean and the staff at the hotel were kind and helpful. Seacrest is not a luxury hotel but felt safe it was great value for money. It is in a good location. I just felt very welcomed by the staff: Donovan, Teneshia, Miss Gloria and Karell. I hope to visit again and recommend this hotel to other visitors who prefer a more laid back and authentic experience of Jamaica than some of the all inclusive resorts.

The property seems very outdated and needs to to be updated to have a more modern look and feel. The furnitures were very old and cracked. The bathroom faucets didn't work as they should and the toilet you had to flush multiple times before it would do what it is suppose to do in one flush. The breakfast items was basically a choice of 3 different things, The only thing good about this place was the nice housekeeper I think she is an amazing woman.

The 1st room they put me in, the bathroom shower was so small I keep bumping my knee against the shower taps. The 2nd room also issue with the bathroom, there was no shower head, so the water keeps coming at you like one o those high power hose you wold use to clean the side walk

Bathrooms condition are terrible, rooms locks need to be upgraded, electrical outlets doesn’t seem to work. Room ceiling paint stripping and hanging down, no phone in room to call the front desk if you need something. No refrigerator or microwave in room got to get out in the rain to get stuff when needed. Staff is very friendly, nice and pleasant. Breakfast was good. I was charged JA $1,200 for one breakfast for one guess who came to visit I didn’t think that was fair because I could get the same breakfast at a nearby restaurant for JA$300.

Hire more front desk workers

First, the address for the hotel is confusing and leads to another chain of hotels. Upon arrival, there was one person checking people in on a busy holiday(1/1). After checking in I was informed that the key to my room was missing so we had to wait and see which room could be approved for us. Having traveled all the way from Kingston to Ocho Rios and i was annoyed at thia point. Eventually, we were upgraded to another room. The next day breakfast was mediocre and I didn't make a big deal about much because we only stayed one night. When it's a busy holiday season more than one stay should check people in.

Seacrest NO BEACH hotel.

The name of the hotel is the Seacrest Beach Hotel but there is virtually no beach and what was there was covered in garbage. A huge Styrofoam block rotting on the sand. One of the workers spent a whole day mowing the stupid lawn where no one was and NEVER went 4 more feet to the beach to clean up the garbage. When we confronted the desk staff they all looked at us like we were speaking another language even after I mentioned that THEY LIVE HERE and should not want all that garbage going back into the water with the next rain. There is a lovely pool BUT only two lounge chairs for the whole hotel -and one of them was broken! ALSO THERE IS NO BAR and the restaurant is only open if you order a meal the day before. There are other restaurants in the area but they are not within walking distance and getting on and off the main road is almost impossible at night. It's really too bad since the Villa we stayed in was beautiful clean and comfortable but I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We had high expectations for this property. Many things in the hotel were poor. Our a/c didn’t cool the Villa as there is no glass on the windows to keep the cool air in. Our TV did not work. We had a stove, but we didn’t have matches to light it. We had bugs all around the sink. They were climbing in and all around it. It also took a really long time to get warm water if we ever got it at all. The beach was also very dirty and full of garbage. We would not go back to this hotel.
