Poorly cleaned, hard bed, glat pillows, damaged light shades, dirty walls, stained towels, stained carpet, and old dried blood on curtains. I was highly disappointed and even more angry for the price I had to pay. I feel totally screwed bc this was the only place I found due to my flight out of San Juan getting canceled bc of bad weather in the states. I would never recommend this place to anyone! "
