「We had a great stay at El Faro with my family. We stayed there for 6 days. We did have couple of issues with our room at first but the staff went above and beyond to get these resolved quickly. Special thanks to Johanser and his team. We loved the beautiful beach, swimming pools, a nice room, lazy river and multiple dinner options. We are definitely coming back. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It would be nice to see a little more floaties at the lazy river because these get taken fast....

「Its a little older resort. I didnt care for the butler they provided and I tricked to listening to a time share pitch. Staff was great. Food was okay. I couldnt book the spa even though I asked the butler. I enjoyed myself. Activities were fun」
