"We were a group of 16, from the huge entryway/ mud room that easily accommodated everyone’s gear to the beautiful kitchen dining area that had everything you could possibly want . The living area had a huge couch that was great for our large group. The bunk room was a hit with the kids, again spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were beautifully done and stocked with all you need. It’s minutes from downtown Ellicottville with great views. Would highly recommend!!! "

"The condo wad perfect for us. It was close to the snow pine ski lift so we got our first chair rides. In the evenings when Snow Pine lift was closed, we were able to ski back on cat walk right to the driveway. Then it was a very short walk to our condo.
