「We loved being in the middle of the hub of Newport. Could not get a better location! Room could use some improvements: cheap, paper thin toilet paper is unappealing, cheap paper towels, carafe in coffee machine is the wrong size for the machine, it must have been replaced at some point. Bed was great, storage was great, kitchenette was great.」

「Wonderful quiet seaside neighborhood. A three minute drive to great beaches and active working fishing port. Our grandson loved viewing the action there. We were a group of 6 adults and two children under the age of 3. Lovely water views. Beds were comfortable. Needs a little TLC with pillows and kitchen items but overall a great house and location. Would definitely go back! views」

「I saw reviews saying there was no AC. We had no issues. In fact our room was freezing, LOL. We loved it! We wanted a place just to stay the night, we knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel for very long. I was so impressed by the location! It is so close to everything. I had never been to Rhode Island before, but booked a bunch of dinners that were recommended 2 months ago. We were right next to all of them! I mean literally nextdoor neighbors to one of the restaurants and within 5 min walk to all...
