「The staff at check in was very helpful」

「I always stay in the "King Suite" when I am in W Wendover. Primary reasons are ; the jetted tub and steam sauna which I thought was standard in these rooms, I was wrong. I was placed in an "ADA" room which did not have a steam shower due to the "roll in shower" installed, I was very disappointed. 「Worst experience the staff was not there for service」

「This location was very clean, easy parking, and kept up nicely. I have stayed here multiple times and it is always a good experience」

「10/10」

「Beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the gifts for our pups upon arrival.」

She was also pretty rude when I attempted to push the issue stating it was my credit card she was using. Probably won't go back. There are many other...
