「施設が古く、一部リノベートされてはいるが、メンテナンスが不十分。 洗濯機が部屋から撤去されている。 エアコンが作動しない（季節的に問題は無かったけど） 部屋のファンが回らない（同上） 部屋の入口のドアのロックが片側しかロックできない。 以上が悪い点、部屋の掃除は良くされていた。 宿泊代金に対して見合わない施設。」
