「A great place to stay.」

「The beds were great as usual. The breakfast was mediocre as everything was either over cooked or extremely undercooked.」

「Everything was nice. The place is pretty much hidden but very clean」

「I was flying into Birmingham airport and going to stay here since I was still a few hours from home. I booked the room two months in advance. My original landing time was 6pm. My flight got delayed and I immediately called the hotel and talked with a lady at the front desk. I told her that my flight was delayed and I would be a late arrival, please don’t give my room away. 「Lost all power to receptacles lamps in the bedroom and lamps in the living room and all I was told we turned in a work order. I thought that was pretty sorry.」

「For the price we paid they failed to clean the room , refresh the towels and we even ran out of soap in the bathroom. Also, the air conditioning was super loud and woke us up all night long every time it clicked on.

「Good jobs」

「The outside noise was a bit loud, but outside of that it got the job done! Nice boutique hotel with a small but nice staff!」

「Great place to stay and very convenient to all the places I needed.」
