Top Grand Canyon Backcountry Information Center Hotel Reviews
Holiday Inn Resort The Squire at Grand Canyon by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"I booked this property based on reviews I saw on Expedia. It was conveniently located to the Grand Canyon and other amenities in Tusayan. The property is large, with great onsite facilities. Kids eat free at breakfast and dinner, and the breakfast buffet was $20 per adult and decent. Lobby coffee was really good for hotel lobby coffee. There is a swim in movie in the evening for children in the indoor pool. The staff was all super friendly and provided great service! "
"Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I liked the self check in, even though it was due to a power outage. However, we were not informed about leaving the room key in the room prior to our checking out. Thankfully, we were not charged for it. We definitely didn’t mind keeping it as memento of our trip to the Grand Canyon. The wait staff in the cafeteria did not seem as cheerful as staff we encountered. The text/tech staff was helpful giving information about a gas station in the park. It was a whirlwind day trip for us but we definitely plan to be back to take it all in at a slower pace. "
"Our stay at Wander Camp Grand Canyon was unforgettable. The tents were spacious, comfortable, and had that perfect mix of rustic charm with just enough modern touches to make it relaxing. Waking up to the sunrise in the wide open desert was absolutely breathtaking. The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. At night, sitting under the stars by the fire felt magical and gave us the kind of peace you just cannot find in a regular hotel. If you want an experience that feels adventurous yet comfortable, this is the place."
