"The location was great just up the road from King’s Cross St Pancras station shops near by also room clean and tidy although towels could have been bigger for the shower as the one’s provide were small. Easy check in and out no issues would definitely use again "

I ate a light supper in the bar on my first night and a complete dinner in the main restaurant on my second night. Both meals and service were excellent. "

"I got exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t trying to splurge and spend my entire travel budget on the hotel. So I opened for this hotel. That being said, I didn’t mind the shared bathroom. Wasn’t something that I’m used to, but it didn’t bother me. There weren’t any washing amenities or breakfast, but there is a laundromat nearby. It’s conveniently located next to a few cafes. The hotel is nearby Kings Cross and St Pancras station and Russel square Piccadilly line so it’s easy to get around. A lot of great food options nearby and it’s close to the British National Museum"

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in No windows still under construction My room didn’t get cleaned once in my 7 night stay I asked 3 seperate times for a clean and new towels and was told we only clean after 5 nights Signage terrible No staircase to get yo and down to avoid waiting for lifts Very disorientating as there is no natural light anywhere.. feels like a bunker"

"Stayed for a long weekend during a business trip. Very quiet, in the center of everything… I used to stay across the street. Will stay here from now on."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The room was literally the size of the Queen mattress with an extra 16" along one side. There was no room for suit cases and no area for hanging clothes. In my opinion, this is no way to treat a paying customer - especially at this price."
