気になった点 : 清潔度
It wasn’t clean. - Toilet had a thick brown film and murky water.- Clear shower curtains were yellow, crusty and moldy. - Showers themselves had gross stuff around the drains. - Another toilet looked like it had been shaved in. - The bed had dirt or something on the sheets so we had to wash them.- Some of the pans still had old egg crust on them. - The theater room smells of mold/mildew and you can see the spots on the ceiling within the room. - I believe two of the closet doors were broken as well, the master bedroom for sure. - Also I think there was a dried booger on one of the towels? There was just enough gross stuff to make us not feel comfortable touching anything in the house. I’m leaving out the large spider in the back and the dead bug parts on the counter and mashed onto the wall.We left after approximately 6 hours and the management company decided to not provide a full refund despite us providing photos of just about everything listed. I’d avoid Galvanized Management if at all possible and this place in particular.
