"DISGUSTING. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Rude staff telling us its the smell of the wood not mold. Desk staff unbelievably unprofessional, hanging up on me several times refusing to process refund. Working with expedia to get my money back. RUN from this place"

"I enjoyed my stay and everything went well. The only complaint I have is about the cleaning service. my trip was 4 days and my room did not get cleaned not even once even though I called. However, I did get cleaned towels and communication was clear and easy."
