「We had a great experience at the hotel. Staff were very attentive and efficient. We came down to front desk about water pressure in shower. Before we even got back to room they had the shower head replaced! We were so surprised and Thankful! 」

The only issue I had personally was there were plug ins in each room and I am sensitive to fragrances. If I would have asked ahead of time, the host said they would have gladly unplugged them all. Just in case you are sensitive also, be sure to have them unplug them before you get there so the house can air out. We...
