"Hotel was very clean & welcoming. Was very surprised on the size of the room. Did not use pool area but looked inviting. Was not happy that breakfast was an extra charge & had to pay a parking fee. Hotel was in a business area, very quiet, I would have never guessed this hotel was there. Definitely will stay again."

"We arrived with my family at 11:20 p.m. The hotel room was quite old; the beds were dirty, the sheets were unclean, and on top of that, there were insects inside the room. The bathroom— the toilet was loose, it looked like it was going to break. The shower was rusted on the metal, and there was mold. It gave me no sense of hygiene or safety for me and my family. We decided to leave. Half an hour after we arrived at the hotel, I spoke with reception; he agreed to move us to another room. But, definitely, the hotel did not deserve a second chance, especially if they don’t care about cleanliness and customer safety. 0 out of 10, not recommended; we preferred to go to another hotel and pay again for a service that this hotel did not provide. "

"Breakfast was great and the team there was very polite. I was even eating breakfast in the dining room around the time they were closing the buffet. And i was asked if i wanted to grab anything else prior to the closing , which i really appreciated and was pleasantly surprised. The suites were larger than normal and very comfortable!"
