There is a grand view of the Pacific coast between Gaviota and Santa Barbara, and a view of Santa Rosa Island in the distance. A steep, unofficial path leads down from one end of the Vista Point exit.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that every part of my visit felt seamless and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities and a peaceful ambiance—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Santa Barbara. The grounds are gorgeous, with walking paths, palm trees, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the scenery. The location is ideal, just minutes from the Funk Zone, the waterfront, Stearns Wharf, and great restaurants and shops.
