「The location was very nice but the space was disappointing to find out that you had to cross from one bedroom to get to the other bedroom and cross the other bedroom with sitting area to get to the bathroom. It was unacceptable that the patio door was the only means of getting fresh air into the first bedroom but that door did not open making it unpleasant at night. 」

「近くにバーガーキングやブッフェのお店、簡易スーパーがあり、便利でした。朝食のバラエティも豊かです。建物はとても綺麗でしたが、１点気になるのは、窓の外に設置してある雨戸のようなものが開かず、外の景気が見えない、密室のような雰囲気で、かなり圧迫感があったのが難点でした。」

「ホテルはルツェルンから車で10分～15分くらいの便利な場所にあります。 ホテル自体は郊外にあるため、飲食店はまわりにはあまりありません。隣にAldiがあるため、スーパーマーケットは近くにあります。 レセプションはとても親切で、チェックイン、チェックアウトともにスムーズで、質問があれば相談にのってくれます。 部屋は清潔で、快適でしたが、夏に滞在したためエアコンがなく、扇風機だけだったので暑かったです。また3階に滞在しましたがエレベーターは2階までしかなく、ベビーカーを持った我々には少し不便でした。 部屋は十分に広く、清潔でシャワールームも清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 またスイスに行く際には滞在したいと思います。 」

「On our way from Tirol to Grindelwald by car, we drop by Luzern as it was right place have rest. Since it was difficult to find a hotel with parking space near the city center, we stayed this hotel and it was good. After chekking in, we went to the old city of Luzern by S-Bahn, only 10 minutes ride. It comes every 15 minutes. The station is about 5 min walk from the hotel.」
