"I have stayed at the Watermark previously and have never experienced the level of carelessness in checking out as there was several attempted charges to my credit card, had they not been flagged as fraudulent my account would have been charged in excess of over $1,000 when my rate was $652 for three days. Upon speaking with the supervisor after I received a call in my room this morning stating I owed a balance which my card had been charged when I checked in for the full amount she stated the system did not correctly charge me and then said I owed for my stay. I showed her my charge card and the amount that had been charged and she stated never mind she would just take care of it. This was confusing and very embarrassing."

"Fantastic stay. The room was on the smaller side but didn’t feel tight. Loved the king bed, comfortable and a genuine treat. Everything’s modern and thoughtfully done, and the staff were great throughout. Add a quiet-street location that’s still close to the Metro and walkable to plenty, and it’s an easy recommendation. Would book again."
