「From the moment we walked into this hotel we knew it was a bad idea to stay here. There was a musty odor upon check-in. When we got to our rooms my non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. There were stains on all of the furniture. It was 11pm and we were exhausted from traveling. I pulled back the sheets and they looked clean, stripped the bed and there were no stains so we decided that we would crash and figure it out in the am. Brushed our teeth and went to bed. Middle of the night I get up to...

"The stay was fine overall, but there were several maintenance and operational issues in the room. First, the doors were difficult to open and close. In particular, the main door didn't lock immediately when leaving the room, so I had to be extra careful. The bathroom door also got stuck and wouldn't open easily once closed. Second, once inside the room, the Wi-Fi connection became very weak and hard to connect to. Lastly, the toilet paper holder was quite inconvenient—a brand new roll was pushed too far back into the holder, making it really difficult to pull out the amount I needed. I hope the hotel addresses these maintenance and connectivity issues for future guests."
