「The location is amazing and the hotel is clean and safe. The staff is amazing!」

「The property was historic and that was a plus. Having said that, our stay could have been so much nicer. It could have been cleaner, better appointed, nicely decorated to give it some personality and the staff could have been friendlier. The only friendly staff was the bartender in the hotel lounge. The hotel has good bones and excellent location but no effort seemed to be taken to take advantage of it.」

「This is an excellent boutique hotel on St. Charles Avenue with on-site self parking and easy access to the streetcar to move about if you don't feel like walking (the streetcar runs down the center of St. Charles). The front desk staff was friendly (Geoffrey was extremely helpful and attentive.) My only complaint is that the towels in the room seemed a bit worn and not fitting for a higher quality hotel. This is an easy fix -- if they order some new towels. There are many restaurants lining St....
