Good location, within walking distance of entire french quarter. Nice employees. The rooms are small but comfortable. Rooms cound use more detailed cleaning...walls dirty, dust behind bed, mold in bathroom.

Balcony was awesome especially when the streets were quiet. Loved the historic architecture. Shower stall door knobs were loose. Steps to 2nd floor were a little steep but I managed (hip replaced in March). Staff were nice. Location close to Bourbon St., French Market etc. Good experience overall

The room was clean, service was good, the only down side was climbing so many stairs with our suitcases as our room was at the very top of the building. It was fine for us as we only had carry ons but I imagine for someone staying there longer, lugging suitcase up so many flights of stairs would be rough since these are old buildings without elevators.
