I do not really review anything, but I think I’d be my remiss not to mention this absolute gem of a hotel we found. Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and you’ll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi!
Much better than Radisson where I’ve stayed 2 nights - if you find this hotel, do t skip - you’ll be pleased
Staff were all very polite & helpful.
Meals at the restaurant were top class, especially the Thai food.
My stay however was marred by the frequent power cuts. Not the fault of the hotel but it did have an effect on my ability to maintain contact with my family.
Property is well maintained, with a friendly staff at check-in. The rooms are spacious, Wi-Fi is available in room and in campus, speed is good like 35Mbps download.
The food served has variety.

Clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Dinner was not good. 3 rating
We stayed here for a week. A bit of confusion at the beginning about the room we had a booked. After raising this it was rectified. I would recommended the Club rooms. Found the deluxe room grim.
The restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and were very friendly, making dining an enjoyable experience. The continental breakfast options were limited and everything on menu was not always available but food was good.
The hotel & rooms very clean and the staff around the hotel were very helpful and friendly.
Loved it but unfortunately there were frequent power outages. This led to the air conditioning failing occasionally. The reserve power kicked in quickly and kept the ceiling fan going though. This provided relief.
Otherwise it’s a great experience. Hospitality is top notch.
