I have been to Florence a few times but this was my first time staying at Hotel Atlantic Palace. I would be happy to stay here again! Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our whole stay (3 nights). The room was clean and perfect for my partner and I. The location of the hotel was great, too, less than 10 minute from the Santa Maria Novella train station and within walking distance to Duomo and museums. I would warn that if you are on the first floor to be mindful that there may be a window (though frosted) beside the toilet. For some this may be a non-issue, but at night, I would turn off the light to use the toilet because I was a little bit wary about people on the street seeing a figure on the toilet. Though, I never went to street level to see how visible it was.

Lo bueno: El señor del front desk que atendía en la mañana, un 10/10. Muy amable y dispuesto para ayudar y resolver. La habitación y baño, cómodos y limpios. Buena ubicación, cerca del metro. Lo malo: El señor del front desk de la tarde, me parece que no entendió que su trabajo es atender a turistas. Muy mala disposición. Un laberinto para llegar a las habitaciones.
