Cons: small rooms, family were located on different floors despite booking 6 months in advance, toilets cannot take toilet paper which is common in Busan BUT cleaning only offered once during 3 day stay which was unhygienic. Also very noisy at night and had people trying to enter bedroom at 2am multiple times which was quite scary."

"If I could give this hotel six stars, I would have. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, and patient with our questions. They provided us with drinks as VIP expedia members as well, which was nice of them. The hotel itself is located minutes away from the subway and bus stations, which provides an easier time going to various places. This is important since Busan is quite vast and sites can be far from each other. I would recommend this location! "
