「I appreciate the hotel contact person being available on both sides of the ferry ride - for someone who is not familiar with the area, the options, especially when there is nothing clearly written on a Board, to have an agent of the Hotel directing was a stress reliever. 」

「The room was great but it was the service at the restaurant that was rather very disappointing. I mean, the staff sure struggle to understand instructions for the food that is being prepared. Twice I had ordered butter chicken in boneless and instead got served with bones. The dining staff looked confused and were extremely slow with giving out the food to us. 「Stayed one evening 29th March....festival started and was very noisy from temple until late at night and started again in very early hours. Hotel comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. However biggest issue is does not accept international credit cards.」
